Originally from Sarasota, FL and a graduate of the Riverview High School's International Baccalaureate Program, Chelsea went on to compete in track & field at Florida International University and the University of Central Florida. She earned her Masters in Business Administration, Sports Business Management from Webber International University and Registered Athletic Administrator Certification through the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.

Having experience as an Athletic Administrator and coach within the AAU through collegiate level for a combined 10 years, she noticed a recurring theme of student-athletes going unsigned and missing out on opportunities of educational advancement at the next level. This wasn't attributed to lack of talent on their part but the need to be made aware of recourses and opportunities.

Knowing these struggles of aspiring collegiate student-athletes, Chelsea founded ELEV8 U Student-Athlete Consulting to increase exposure, make the recruiting process more efficient, and increase the probability of a student-athlete signing to their prospective institution.

She also understands the importance of maintaining a positive outlook, defining goals, establishing partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for the achieving of intended outcomes.

In a collaborative effort between student-athlete, parent and herself, transparency and consistency are always to be expected.
